Vacuum Formers: CPG is searching for people interested in pursuing a career in this challenging and unique method of manufacturing. Reporting to the Production Supervisors, you will be responsible for manufacturing vacuum-formed components for our expanding Aerospace / Commercial customer base. Previous experience in setting up machines would be an asset, but not required, as we will train the right individuals.

CNC Operators: CPG is looking for people with previous experience and / or formal education in the operation of 3 and 5 axis CNC milling machines. Reporting to the Production Supervisors, you will be responsible for machining / trimming tight tolerance components for our expanding Aerospace / Commercial customer base. Previous experience in programming, set-up, and the manufacture of holding fixtures would be an asset.

Inside Sales Representatives: CPG is searching for dedicated individuals with effective communication skills to join our inside sales team. This challenging position requires the candidate to perform complete account management including customer service, maintaining finished goods inventory, sourcing materials, and backing up our outside sales team. Previous sales experience, including the ability to effectively multitask is required to excel in this position. French / English bilingualism, and the ability to read technical drawings would be strong assets but are not required.

Outside Sales Representative: CPG is looking for an outside salesperson to help us expand our customer base. Previous experience in technical sales is an asset for this position, and occasional travel may be involved.
